I am an operations and Lean transformation professional with more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, regional operations leadership, people management and continuous improvement. My career includes leadership roles with Schneider Electric and Maccaferri, working across diverse teams, sites and operational environments.
I bring a practical, people-centred approach to improvement: understand the real problem, engage the people closest to the work, and build systems and leadership habits that make better performance sustainable.
My work has included Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives that delivered measurable improvements in lead time, productivity, inventory, space utilisation and cost savings.
